Summer Newsletter went out in July
Agreed to bring copies of newsletter to WSO (labor day weekend)
Suggested to bring old newsletters too
Write up blurb about suggested group service position “We-Care Coordinator”
Keep the 12th-Step-Within page as last page for a while
Move to attach meeting list to newsletter

The Thursday 12:30 Lee meeting will be moving to Great Barrington, Francine waiting for confirmation. Keep as is for August Meeting list
The Monday night meeting focus changed to BB/Step focus

Concern that Laura has not attended WMI meetings
Jeff emailed Laura re Phone Service - No response
Sue called answering service and reports that Laura does continue to check messages.
Answering service needs to be aware that Sat Longmeadow meeting has moved to basement
Lyn will write up a suggested correspondence to send to Sean at ACT
Lyn continues to send Laura updated meeting lists
